Rico’s Café and Wine Bar provides a chic, warm atmosphere to enjoy one of our hand-crafted drinks. Rico’s makes every drink to order, including our organic, European-drip style coffee, locally-roasted in Monument, Colorado. Our rich, smooth espresso is a special blend from Aspen, using a high altitude, lower temperature roasting method for a quality, low-acid, non-burnt flavor.

If coffee isn’t your pleasure, try one of over 30 loose-leaf teas, including organic and fair trade teas of the highest quality. Our Gourmet Iced Tea Bar features eight of our loose-leaf teas brewed daily. Rico’s has three Belgian hot chocolates: Milk, Dark, and Spicy Aztec, all made into a thick, rich demitasse of sipping chocolate. Or try one of our blended espresso drinks, all fresh fruit smoothies or an old fashioned milkshake.

Colorado Springs voted Rico’s the “Best Wine Bar” in town for four years running! Rico’s features over 20 wines served by the glass, half-glass, or bottle. We offer wine flights that include three half-glasses of wine for a sampling experience. The wine list changes every few months, so come often and find a new favorite!

Rico’s has something for everyone. If wine and coffee don’t tickle your fancy, we have large a selection of 20 gourmet beers, including hard cider and gluten-free beer. 

Rico’s Happy Hour happens Sunday through Wednesday from 4 - 6 pm.
Bottles of wine are half price, glasses of wine and draft beer are 25% off, and we serve $1 bread and dipping oil and $2 chips and salsa. 

Rico’s Chef’s Menu is available daily starting at 4pm and includes tapas, cheese plates, shaved Italian meats, salads, and Italian pasta all complimented by our Barbari bread. 

Rico’s makes all of our own desserts and pastries; choose from biscotti, coconut macaroons, muffins, brownies, cheesecake, flourless mocha torte, carrot cake and much more. 

Local musicians play live music every Thursday, Friday, and Saturday evening, starting at 7:00 pm. Check our calendar for artist names and dates. We do not accept reservations, so come early, hang out, use our Wi-Fi, and enjoy while you wait!
